Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped out in batches on Mondays and Thursdays. During sales/promotions/holidays/or during a pandemic or any natural disaster, shipping time
may be delayed.
AP Luxury Hairs is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. AP Luxury Hairs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or bad address. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.
Warehouse 2021 Holiday Schedule: (Closed) No items will be shipped on these days, nor does this count as a business day.

Tracking Orders:
If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
All tracking info. will be sent out the evening of the day the item has been mailed out.
ALL ORDERS MAY REQUIRE SIGNATURE!
A signature may be required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information inputted by the customer will cause delays as well.
We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes!
If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. All orders are required signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer/customer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund (Please see Return and Exchange Policy)
Shipping Costs:
All orders ship out within 24 hours once payment is received. However, during sales/promotions/holidays/natural disasters/weather delays/pandemic or any carrier delays shipping time may take a little longer.

Thank you for your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy. Please read over our store policy as it will provide you with more information regarding returns.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, bands, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items were installed, worn, colored, used, etc. and will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service ,with pictures, at APLuxuryHair@yahoo.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your order#, name on order, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven 7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
● If your item is undeliverable and physically returns to us, you will automatically receive a refund minus all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If you would still like to receive your order, you may have to pay an additional shipping fee.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
AP Luxury Hairs reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. An irregular or excessive returns history; regarding damage, missing items, etc., Similarly, AP Luxury Hairs reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted in our policy.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a client's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a client's claim, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all loyal clients across the US. Please note that upon complition of your order, is your agreement to ALL terms and conditions of this company.
